From their place of death - this is a 24-hour service for deaths that occur at a home address including care/nursing homes and hospices. Collection from Hospitals are within 3 working days of notification. The deceased will rest with us at our branch in Dereham

In our Chapel of Rest - we take special note of any special requests and personal effects you wish for. This includes dressing the deceased in their own clothes, washing the body, applying makeup and styling their hair to how they had it

We administer all statutory documents to the relevant authority, such as the cremation documents and medical papers, as well as burial forms and the certificate for burial or cremation. Including all third-party arrangements

We have a wide range of coffins available for choice . The Chiltern Oak is included in the cost, however the entire range can be chosen - varying costs may apply. Personalised options available

We will  go through each detail with the families we serve, including all bespoke options. We confirm availability with all third-parties during arrangements to ensure you can leave with the date & time confirmed

You have the option to come and spend time with the deceased in our Chapel of Rest - with music and flowers of your choice. Mourners are welcome to spend as much time during their visit as they wish and can attend on more than one occasion. Find out more here

We will provide a hearse, as part of the cost. The hearse can go via an address, or directly to the service location. The limousine seats up to 7 mourners and can take you to the wake venue afterwards

This may be a Minister of Faith for religious services, a Civil Celebrant or a Humanist. Click on the links for more information. The officiant can lead a proceeding service prior to the service at the Crematorium 

We provide service sheets containing the order of service, for mourners to follow as the service progresses. Photos, readings an Hymn or song lyrics may be printed. 4 or 8 page sheets available.

Memory cards & books also available

We conduct services at all Norfolk crematoria, cemeteries, natural burial grounds and churchyards. All services are bespoke and suited to your wishes. We will book a date and time for the service during the arrangements

We collect donations made in memory of the deceased to the chosen cause. Donations will be collected as you leave each service, cheques may also be posted to our office address. We send a letter to confirm the amount received and pass this on directly

We create an online tribute page on 'Much Loved' dedicated to your loved one - whereby you can share and read tributes, collect online donations, share funeral & wake details, share photos and light a virtual candle

We provide up to six pall bearers to carry the coffin from the hearse to the catafalque. If any family members wish to carry the coffin, let us know and one our our trained members of staff will talk them through the steps

We provide client support on a 24/7 basis - family members are welcome to call us at any time to ask questions & talk. We are first and foremost here for you. You can also pop into our branch, email us or request a home visit

If you wish to speak with us, ask questions, or give us anything such as printed photos, makeup or clothes, then we are happy to arrange a home visit. These can be arranged out-of-hours by request

A temporary grave marker will be provided for the time period before a headstone can be installed, which is usually 6 months.

You can choose from a 18" or 36" cross, a square marker or a bespoke design

While a Norfolk Oak ashes casket is inclusive in the traditional package, the whole range is available for selection. We put the ashes into the casket once they are back in our care, and arrange delivery or collection within 3 days

Our team regularly attends each grave and ensure all flowers passed their best are removed, ensure the grave marker is kept clean and the area is tidied. We do this up to six months, unless requested otherwise

We offer memorial jewellery from EverWith, at a 10% discount. A wide range of items are available, from rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants and cufflinks. As well as ashes, fingerprints & locks of hair may be used

We offer in-house bereavement support and counselling from our trained staff, and are here to signpost you to outside services if needed. We remain on the end of the phone and encourage our clients to pop in to see us
