Direct Cremations
The simple cremation package is an unattended, direct cremation for those
wishing against a funeral service

We can offer to make this a bespoke package by playing specific music at the Crematorium Chapel as we lead the committal service, offering a range of urns & scatter tubes, and taking into account any special requests you have while your loved one is in our care​
Collection of the Deceased
From their place of death - this is a 24-hour service for deaths that occur at a home address including care/nursing homes and hospices. Collection from Hospitals are within 3 working days of notification
Care of the Deceased
In our Chapel of Rest - we take special note of any special requests and personal effects you wish for. This includes dressing the deceased in their own clothes, washing the body, applying makeup and styling their hair to how they had it
Administration of Documents
We administer all statutory documents to the relevant authority, such as the cremation documents and medical papers, as well as burial forms and the certificate for burial or cremation. Doctor's £82 medical certificate fee included
Lamboard Oak Coffin
We offer the Lamboard Oak, simulated veneer coffin for our direct cremation service. These are fitted with bronze-effect handles.
Other coffins are available, however cost variations may apply

We will go through each detail with the families we serve, including all bespoke options. We confirm availability with all third-parties during arrangements to ensure you can leave with the date & time confirmed
Unattended Cremation Service
Our staff conduct the service at Breckland Crematorium without any mourners present. We may play a piece of music if desired while we walk the coffin from the hearse
to the catafalque.

We create an online tribute page on 'Much Loved' dedicated to your loved one - whereby you can share and read tributes, collect online donations, share funeral & wake details, share photos and light a virtual candle
24/7 Support & Guidance
We provide client support on a 24/7 basis - family members are welcome to call us at any time to ask questions & talk. We are first and foremost here for you. You can also pop into our branch, email us or request a home visit
Free Home Visits
If you wish to speak with us, ask questions, or give us anything such as printed photos, clothes etc, then we are happy to arrange a home visit. These can be arranged out-of-hours by request
Hertford Ashes Urn
A Hertford ashes urn is inclusive in this package. It is a veneered wood with an oak stain.
We put the ashes into the casket once they are back in our care, and arrange delivery or collection within 3 days
Memorial Jewellery and Gifts
We offer memorial jewellery for our clients from EverWith, at a 15% discount. A wide range of items are available, from rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants and cufflinks. As well as ashes, fingerprints & locks of hair may be used
After Care Support & Guidance
We offer in-house bereavement support and counselling from our trained staff, and are here to signpost you to outside services if needed. We remain on the end of the phone and encourage our clients to pop in to see us

The simple cremations plus package is for those wishing for a smaller-scaled funeral service, and is easily adaptable to be bespoke and personal in both content and how the service is conducted. This ranges from where the service is held, the order of service including music & readings, floral tributes, the choice of coffin
and urn or scatter tube, donations and more.
Early morning service at 9.15am for 25 minutes - officiated (Breckland Crematorium), or

Breckland: 9.15am early morning service for 20 minutes, officiated by a civil celebrant or Minister. The order of service is down to your wishes - music, readings, prayers etc

Collection of Donations
We collect donations made in memory of the deceased to the chosen cause. Donations will be collected as you leave each service, cheques may also be posted to our office address. We send a letter to confirm the amount received and pass this on directly

Pall Bearers and Funeral Staff

The simple burials package entails a service for a small gathering of mourners for
a graveside service, officiated by the funeral director.
We are committed to fulfilling the wishes of every family, so every detail of the funeral
will be bespoke and adhere to special requests.
Readings, including tributes and poetry, music and prayers may be in the order of service.
