Collection of the Deceased
From their place of death - this is a 24-hour service for deaths that occur at a home address including care/nursing homes and hospices. Collection from Hospitals are within 3 working days of notification. The deceased will rest with us at our branch in Dereham
In our Chapel of Rest - we take special note of any special requests and personal effects you wish for. This includes dressing the deceased in their own clothes, washing the body, applying makeup and styling their hair to how they had it
Administration of Documents
We administer all statutory documents to the relevant authority, such as the cremation documents and medical papers, as well as burial forms and the certificate for burial or cremation. Including all third-party arrangements
We offer the Lamboard Oak, simulated veneer coffin for our direct cremation service. These are fitted with bronze-effect handles.
Other coffins are available, however cost variations may apply
We will go through each detail with the families we serve, including all bespoke options. We confirm availability with all third-parties during arrangements to ensure you can leave with the date & time confirmed
Burial Service - Unattended
'Direct burial' - an unattended committal service conducted by our staff. We will say a few words, whatever our client wishes, and conclude with the words of committal. The grave digger fee is inclusive in the overall price

We create an online tribute page on 'Much Loved' dedicated to your loved one - whereby you can share and read tributes, collect online donations, share funeral & wake details, share photos and light a virtual candle
We provide client support on a 24/7 basis - family members are welcome to call us at any time to ask questions & talk. We are first and foremost here for you. You can also pop into our branch, email us or request a home visit
If you wish to speak with us, ask questions, or give us anything such as printed photos, makeup or clothes, then we are happy to arrange a home visit. These can be arranged out-of-hours by request
A wooden 16" cross grave marker is inclusive in this package. This will stand for a minimum of 6 months, before a headstone may be installed. A bronze plaque is provided with the name of the deceased, as well as their date of birth/death
Memorial Jewellery and Gifts
We offer memorial jewellery for our clients from EverWith, at a 15% discount. A wide range of items are available, from rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants and cufflinks. Fingerprints & locks of hair may be used
After Care Support & Guidance
We offer in-house bereavement support and counselling from our trained staff, and are here to signpost you to outside services if needed. We remain on the end of the phone and encourage our clients to pop in to see us

The simple cremations plus package is for those wishing for a smaller-scaled funeral service, and is easily adaptable to be bespoke and personal in both content and how the service is conducted. This ranges from where the service is held, the order of service including music & readings, floral tributes, the choice of coffin
and urn or scatter tube, donations and more.

Breckland: 9.15am early morning service for 20 minutes, officiated by our funeral arranger Angela. The order of service is down to your wishes - music, readings, prayers etc

We collect donations made in memory of the deceased to the chosen cause. Donations will be collected as you leave each service, cheques may also be posted to our office address. We send a letter to confirm the amount received and pass this on directly

Pall Bearers and Funeral Staff
